To know this we must know how many hours do Rottweiler’s puppies sleep? Usually, young puppies sleep around 18 to 20 hours a day. In one moment they will be very frisky and the other moment they will get tired and go back to sleep again. Throughout this period they try to learn everything and explore new things.  During the growing stage, they are expected to sleep maximum so they can get proper rest.

Lifestyle could also affect the sleeping schedule of your puppy. It is obvious that if a dog is active he would get tired and would eventually sleep more than an inactive dog. If you play with your Rottweiler more and train him regularly then he will sleep more to get more rest.
